What is your return policy?
- Eligibility for Returns: Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not offer international shipping. CHBK is located in the United States. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
How long does shipping take?
We ship as quick as we can, shipping takes 5-7 business days. Please allow extra time near a holiday. Wholesale orders may take 7-21 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
